Portraits
• Payment for session fees are due at the time of the session.
• Payment for print orders from any session is due at the time the order is placed. Any orders placed through our online gallery, payment is due prior to order being sent to our professional printing lab.
• Location photo sessions further then 30-miles from our location require a travel fee based on actual milage.
• Outside cameras are not allowed during portrait sessions.
Portrait Payment Options:
• Print orders will not be submitted to our labs until complete payment is received.
• Check or Money Orders are preferred. Please make payable to Olinger Photography or Olinger Studio
• A fee of $50 will be added for ALL returned checks submitted and must be paid before prints orders are processed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Cash is also accepted.
• Credit Card Payments can be made through PayPal either through our payments page or we can invoice you through email.
Wedding Payment Options:
• Wedding dates will not be held without a signed contract and payment of the non-refundable retainer.
• We require a 25% non-refundable retainer to exclusively reserve your date on our calendar. This retainer will apply to your account balance. The remaining balance is due in three equal payments on the following schedule:
25% due 6 months prior to the wedding day
25% due 3 months prior to the wedding day
25% due 1 month prior to the wedding day
• Payments for your wedding package may be paid by cash, check, money order or PayPal.
